The Team

The Kinderhaus team consists of 22 permanent employees for the areas of education, administration and kitchen, as well as several freelancers and mini-jobbers. Most have been working at the Kinderhaus for many years.
In addition, we have trained specialists available for music, clay modeling, creative studio work and yoga.
Furthermore, several interns and a federal volunteer are regularly working at the Kinderhaus.
The Wald Kita team consists of three permanent pedagogical staff members and a substitute, supplemented by a freelancer in the creative area.
Our colleagues are competent and experienced educators and social pedagogues who continue to develop their professionalism through regular professional exchange and supervision. A wide range of existing potentials are constantly expanded through training courses.
Because relationship development is so important to us, there are two permanent contact educators per group, in addition to interns and federal volunteers. The exchange between educators and parents is an important part of living together in the Kinderhaus and the Wald Kita.
